We've crafted our 2004 Semillon to be
a lush and gratuitous, but totally easy drinking wine. With a touch
of both Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat worked into the finished blend,
it shows plentiful influences of honeydew and cantaloupe, an
undercurrent of spicy citrus, and delicate hints of fresh green
herbs. Who doesn't need a soft, luscious and mouth enveloping wine
once in a while? We suggest
pairing this expressive young wine with light to mid-weight spring
foods. Multiple gold medal winner, Best Semillon of
California State at the California State Fair.

2005 Sauvignon
Blanc - Temecula Valley
A perpetual medal winner,
our popular Sauvignon Blanc is an exploration of the Musqué clone
--- a wonderful Sauvignon Blanc/Muscat hybrid. This wine features a
fresh, airy nose of complex floral and cut grass aromas, which
develop into a host of rich melon characters and and a ménage of
citrus flavors from mid-palate to finish. Fresh lime, orange, and
red grapefruit show prominently. Nuanced tropical fruit notes like
kiwi and a young mango show, as well. The entire flavor profile is
bolstered on the solid, lean acidity one expects from a
well-structured Sauv Blanc.

Our popular Rhapsody blend returns
for the 2004 vintage! This time it's a more sensual, elegant and
sophisticated wine. A blend of barrel-aged Reserve Chardonnay,
Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, it features a panoply of rich aromas
and flavors including green apple, fresh pear, passion fruit and
young melon. Nice balance, velvety mouthfeel and elegant details of
fresh cream and smoky oak round out the blend.

The stunningly beautiful Summit
Vineyard produces some of the finest Viognier grapes in Temecula.
It's hard to go wrong with fruit that remarkable! Crafted in a
classic style, our 2006 showcases the deep peach, apricot and
nectarine characters one discovers in fine Viognier, while sensual
floral aromas of violet, honeysuckle and magnolia show prominently,
as well. The subtle influence of 4 months of premium French oak
lends a fine stylistic note and added complexity. New release

Crafted n the classic Miramonte
style, our Chardonnay is at once elegant, sophisticated, sensual and
delicious. Well integrated flavors of fresh pear, mango and spiced
golden apple are accented with hints of honey, vanilla and toasty
oak. Six months of barrel aging in premium French oak (Allier and
Vosges, exclusively), allow us to showcase the fruit's
characteristics without overpowering it. Excellent mouthfeel and
delicate balance make this not only a versatile, sophisticated wine,
but one of the more popular whites in the Valley.

Ramirez Vineyard

complex floral and fruit notes - including plentiful fresh raspberry
and strawberry, an undercurrent of watermelon and tropical fruit
flavors, and wonderful hints of fresh cut flowers. Develops fully in

2006 Riesling - Temecula Valley,
McKay Vineyard

McKay Vineyard is a tiny one acre site planted specifically to
produce this wine. We farm it to very low yields, and produce a
delicious white wine that features flavors and aromas of fresh
mangos, apricots and tangerines with hints of honey, lemon grass and
