We ship the wine directly to your home or office. Or if you prefer you can pick them up at the winery. Including well-crafted wine in your every day lifestyle is important. Its remarkably healthy for the heart, body, mind and soul. And we mean that literally.

Exhausted, but want to make a quick point. Just wrapping up reviewing come carefully controlled, extended cold soak trials. In some instances, we've dropped bin temperatures down to 45 degrees allowing for a full 6 days of cold soak. Pretty remarkable results. We couldn't be happier at this point.

Q: What are your business hours?
A: The winery is open Sunday thru Thursday 11-6, and every Friday & Saturday 11-10.
Q: How many shipments will I receive?
A: We currently offer the following:
6x Wine shipments per year (Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept, Nov.) 12x Wine shipments per year (Jan - Dec). Please see the Wine Club Shipment Schedule for when wine club orders are ready for pickup and ship out.
Q: Will I be notified that my shipment is ready?
A: Yes, we notify all customers via e-mail or postcard at least a week prior to your shipment being ready to pick up or ship.
Q: When do I get billed for the shipment?
A: We will debit your credit card approximately the last week of the month for the next months Wine Club shipment. i.e. Credit card processed January 28th for February shipment.
Q: How long do I have to pick up my wine?
A: You have 60 days to pick-up your wine from the time you are notified that the shipment is ready. As a courtesy, if you have not picked up your shipment by the allotted time, your package will automatically be shipped to you with applicable shipping charges applied to your credit card.
Q: Can someone else pick up my shipment?
A: Yes, you can authorize someone else to pick up your wine as long as we are notified each time in writing or in person of the name of the person who will be picking up the shipment.
Q: How do I update my account information?
A: Written notification is required for all name, address and credit card changes either by filling out an update form in the tasting room, regular mail or e-mail (wineclub@miramontewinery.com) by the 20th of the month prior to the quarterly shipment. Miramonte is not responsible for charges applied to incorrect credit cards or shipments that are sent to incorrect addresses if notification is not received prior to the shipment going out.
Q: Can I sign up a friend or family member for a gift Wine Club membership?
A: Yes. Just let us know how many shipments you would like them to receive. The minimum requirement is 3 shipments. We suggest you give us an expiration date for the membership. If you are not sure, you can always contact us at a later date when you wish to cancel.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You are required to receive at least 3 shipments before you can cancel your account. All cancellations must be done in writing by regular mail or e-mail.
Q: What happens if I am not home when my wine is delivered
A: We recommend customers have their wine delivered to a business address since UPS requires an adult signature of someone over 21 years of age. UPS will attempt to deliver your package 3 times. They will leave a note on your door each time to notify you that they attempted to deliver. After the 3rd attempt, UPS will return the package to Miramonte. We will notify you when the wine is returned to Miramonte. If you choose to have the wine shipped back to you, the customer will be responsible for applicable shipping charges.

All orders are shipped and delivered on regular business days, Monday-Friday. Most orders received after 2:00 p.m. are processed the next business day. All orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 3 business days, with the occasional exceptions due to weather conditions. Shipping rates are based directly in UPS rate schedules.
Arrival can depend on distance from our winery. We do not offer International sales or shipping at this time. UPS cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so PLEASE provide a physical address where someone 21 or older can sign for the wine. All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult (21 or older). UPS or FEDEX will not leave such packages on door steps, even if the recipient has requested this. UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before sending it back to Miramonte Winery. Please note, Miramonte Winery is not responsible for additional shipping charges should this happen.
These laws do not affect shipping of non-wine products. We are happy to ship non-wine orders anywhere in the U.S. We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes.
Due to international shipping restrictions, we don't generally ship to locations abroad.
Certain state laws regulate the number of cases of wine that can be shipped to a single person. If your order is affected by this type of law, we will contact you.
During unusually hot or cold weather, we tend to not ship wine, or we ship only if your order will arrive by Friday. We do this to preserve the quality of our wines and ensure they arrive to you in premium condition.
Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
