Brut & Blanc de Noirs - New Mexico Appellation
Pure hand craftsmanship is the secret of our two dazzling sparklers. Our Brut is made of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Noir. It shows fresh citrus, delicate strawberry and raspberry aromas which give way to shimmering spicy fruit flavors and a long, lean toasty finish. Our Blanc de Noirs is 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay, and opens with delicate strawberry and melon aromas that develop into lively white peach, citrus and green apple flavors -- finishing clean, crisp, and wonderfully dry. Produced in severly limited quantities, never submitted to competition.

Bright citrus and melon character, with gently floral notes make the 2006 Sauv Blanc complex, but user friendly. This is a wine perfectly suited to modern cuisine. Great with grilled white meats of all kinds, and with just about any kind of spring salad.

2006 Grenache Rosé – California
100% casual chic in a bottle. With plentiful fruit flavors and aromas -- delicate berry and tropical fruit notes, and delicious melon and citrus character, this wine is dry enough to take seriously, but sweet enough to be fully alluring. A famous winemaker once said, "The reason rosé sometimes gets a bad rap is because too many people drink it with their clothes on!" That may very well change once they try our rosé.

2005 Sauvignon Blanc - Temecula Valley, Huis Vineyard
An exploration of the Musqué clone. It boasts wild flower and cut grass aromas, fresh lime, orange, and red grapefruit flavors. Nuanced tropical fruit notes like kiwi and a young mango appear, as well. Crispy, lean, and well-structured --- perfect for Spring/Summer enjoyment!

2008 Pinot Grigio - Willamette Valley, Oregon
Crisp, clean, fresh and well rounded, it shows perky aromas of young tangerine & melon, with hints of spice and orange blossom followed by lively flavors of green apple, peach and a spritz of lemon. This wine was made in the Pinot Gris style, specifically because Cane loves great Pinot Gris. The perfect wine for spring/summer!

Crafted in a classic style, our 2006 Viognier showcases the deep peach, apricot and nectarine characters one discovers in fine Viognier, while sensual floral aromas of violet, honeysuckle and magnolia show prominently, as well. The subtle influence of four months of premium French oak lends a fine stylistic note and added complexity.

2006 Chardonnay - Temecula Valley, Ramirez Vineyard
Fresh and lively, crisp and elegant, full bodied and delicious. Well-integrated flavors of young, fresh cut green apple and pear are accented with hints of honey, vanilla and toasty oak. Four months of barrel aging in premium French oak (Allier and Vosges), allow us to showcase the fruit’s characteristics without overpowering it.

2007 Riesling - Temecula Valley, McKay Vineyard
Vivid, focused and extremely popular. McKay Vineyard is a boutique, two acre site planted specifically to produce this wine. We farm it to very low yields, and produce a delicious white wine that features flavors and aromas of fresh mangos, apricots and tangerines with hints of honey, lemon grass and sweet dried flowers. Off dry, beautifully structured, perky and delightful --- and also very food versatile.
