Q: How do I become a Miramonte Wine Club Member?
A: Miramonte offers 4 different wine clubs so we are confident you will find a club that is just right for you. There are no membership fees to join and you will only be charged the cost of the selected wines for each shipment at a 20% discount plus any taxes and shipping if applicable. Just chose the club that is right for you and your can enroll via our online store or our winery staff would be happy to help you!
Glorious Reds Wine Club – Two bottles of stunning red wines every other month, a club for the serious red wine lovers among us. Shipments range in price between $60 – $70, plus tax and shipping if applicable.
Mosaic Wine Club – One glorious red and one amazing white wine every other month, a club for those who love variety in their life. Shipments range in price between $50 – $60, plus tax and shipping if applicable.
Mind-Blowing Whites Club – Two bottles of zesty, mind-blowing white wines every other month, a club for any white wine enthusiast. Shipments range in price between $40 – 50, plus tax and shipping if applicable.
Sangria Club – Two bottles of spiritually enlightened sangria in each shipment, a club for those who just can’t get enough of the award winning Miramonte Sangria. Shipments range in price between $25 – $35, plus tax and shipping if applicable.
Q: When will I receive my shipments?
A: We process our Sangria Club every month and all other wine clubs every other month and the release months are as follows:
Mosaic Club: February, April, June, August, October and December
Glorious Reds and Mind-Blowing Whites Clubs: January, March, May, July, September, and November
Sangria Club: Every Month
Q: When do I get billed for the shipment?
A: We will debit your credit card on or about the 1st of the month. Occasionally, due to Holidays or shipping concerns we might process the wine clubs earlier. All changes to the processing dates are updated and available on our website.
Q: Will I be notified that my shipment is ready?
A: Yes, we notify all customers via e-mail when your shipment is ready for pickup if you are a will call customer or when we package your wine club for our ship to customers.
Q: How long do I have to pick up my wine?
A: You have 60 days to pick-up your wine from the time you are notified that the shipment is ready. If you have not picked up your shipment by the allotted time, we reserve the right to automatically ship your wine club purchase to you with applicable shipping charges applied to your credit card. We can only guarantee that wines included in a shipment are available for 60 days after we have processed your wine club order. If you pick up your shipment after 60 days and a wine that was included in your shipment is no longer available, you will be required to exchange the unavailable wine selection to a wine we have on hand.
Q: Can someone else pick up my shipment?
A: Yes, you can authorize someone else to pick up your wine. All authorizations must be in writing and can be sent to email@example.com. We ask that you notify us at least 5 business days in advance and include the current name on the account and the name of the authorized person(s) who will be picking up your shipment. Wine club benefits are non-transferrable and a wine club member has to be present to utilize club benefits.
Q: What happens if I am not home when my wine club shipment is delivered?
A: All wine shipments are required to be sent delivery confirmation/adult signature required (over 21 years of age). Please make sure the address we are shipping to will have an adult present to sign for your wine club package. We find that shipping to a work address is the most efficient method and we will be happy to send your wine club shipments to your place of business. Our carriers will attempt to deliver your package 3 times and after the 3rd attempt, the package will be held for 5 business days at the carrier’s local customer center and then returned to Miramonte Winery. We will notify you when the wine is returned to Miramonte and your shipment will then be available for pickup at the winery. If you choose to have the wine re-shipped, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Q: How will your staff know that I am a Wine Club Member?
A: All of our Wine Club Members must provide a valid I.D. for purchases or shipment pick-ups at the winery. We take pride in keeping your personal information safe and free from fraudulent activity. We also like to reward our members for their continued support, but cannot do so without keeping track of your attendance and purchases. Please have your I.D.’s with you at check in and provide it during every purchase to your server.
Q: How do I update my account information?
A: You’re more than welcome to change any billing/shipping address and credit card information on your membership account online. Please click on “Store” at the top of this page and then use your email and password to “Sign In”. You can also visit the Tasting Room to make any of these changes with one of our servers. If you need to update names on the membership, cancel the membership, or make any changes to club shipments please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Miramonte is not responsible for charges applied to incorrect credit cards or shipments that are sent to incorrect addresses if written notification is not received prior to the shipment going out. If you need assistance logging onto your account, please email email@example.com.
Q: Can I sign up a friend or family member for a gift Wine Club membership?
A: Yes, just let us know how many shipments you would like them to receive. The minimum requirement is 3 shipments. We suggest you give us an expiration date for the membership. If you are not sure, you can always contact us at a later date when you wish to cancel.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You are required to receive at least 3 shipments before you can cancel your account. All cancellations must be done via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations must be received by the 15th of the month to be effective before the next shipment and need to include your name, phone number, address on file, and the reason for the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email once the account has been cancelled. All shipments that were processed before a cancellation request was received in writing will not be refunded.
Q: Is there a penalty if I cancel my membership before receiving 3 shipments?
A: All accounts that do not fulfill the 3 shipment commitment will be subject to a $10 termination fee as well as a reversal of membership discounts received on all purchases.
We reserve the right to change or amend the Wine Club policies at any time. Wine Club Memberships are void where prohibited.

All processing dates are subject to change.
All orders are shipped and delivered on regular business days, Monday-Friday. Most orders received after 2:00 p.m. are processed the next business day. All orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 3 business days, with the occasional exceptions due to weather conditions. Shipping rates are based directly in UPS rate schedules.
Arrival can depend on distance from our winery. We do not offer International sales or shipping at this time. UPS cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so PLEASE provide a physical address where someone 21 or older can sign for the wine. All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult (21 or older). UPS or FEDEX will not leave such packages on door steps, even if the recipient has requested this. UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before sending it back to Miramonte Winery. Please note, Miramonte Winery is not responsible for additional shipping charges should this happen.
These laws do not affect shipping of non-wine products. We are happy to ship non-wine orders anywhere in the U.S. We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes.
Due to international shipping restrictions, we don't generally ship to locations abroad.
Wine Ordering Limits
Certain state laws regulate the number of cases of wine that can be shipped to a single person. If your order is affected by this type of law, we will contact you.
During unusually hot or cold weather, we tend to not ship wine, or we ship only if your order will arrive by Friday. We do this to preserve the quality of our wines and ensure they arrive to you in premium condition.
Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
