2004 Cabernet Sauvignon - Temecula Valley
Features rich, full flavors, excellent mouth feel, and a remarkable complexity and length of finish. Look for concentrated wild berry, fresh plum and black berry flavors, with elevated notes of cocoa, vanilla and fresh forest earth. The 2005 Opulente shows deep blueberry, blackberry and bing cherry aromas and flavors, with nuances of dried wild flowers, and hints of fresh mocha and toasted oak. It is expressive, elegant and harmonious all the way thru to its silky conclusion. We aged it 20 months in Demptos French oak. 2005 Syrah - Temecula Valley, Kimberly Vineyard
A rich, artfully crafted Syrah. Expect plentiful blackberry, raspberry and fresh cherry aromas and flavors, and continual hints of wild spice, lavender and cinnamon, with a delicately crafted balance from midpalate to finish. Complex and harmonious, this wine was aged two years in a blend of French and American oak (70%, 30%).		   34.95 / Bottle


2004 Estate Syrah - Temecula Valley, Miramonte Estate Vineyard
"The Estate" is bold, ethereal, earth and spicy. Based on Entav clones 383 and 470, our Estate Syrah opens with lush flavors of blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and plums. It is underscored with nuanced flavors of violet and cinnamon, a subtle undercurrent of oak, and a thin line of fresh mocha. Excellent acid and tannin structure and a velvety mouth feel allow it to develop a rich, luxurious finish. We've aged it 24 months in hand selected French and American oak. If you like incredible red wines, this may be the wine for you. Rated 94 points! Gold Medal, LA County Fair; Silver Medal, Pacific Rim Wine Competition.
