Semi-private, small group training powered by pro trainer, AJ Jenkins. Designed for people of all ages and fitness levels, FIT is a well-rounded strength, conditioning & mobility system.  Drawing on her unique career as a pro athlete, AJ believes in a simple, balanced, approach to fitness.  One that allows you to keep strong, confident movement a part of your daily life.  FIT trains outdoors 3x a week, indoors 2x a week.

Come try it out, see if its for you.  Your first class is always free. Which will give you a chance to meet the whole VineyardFIT family, including AJ, and our owner, Cane Vanderhoof.  Come prepared to work hard, laugh a lot, bond with your teammates — and enjoy every minute of it.

Monthly Membership Price:
Full:  $99 club / $125 non-club (5 classes a week)
Limited:  $60 club / $75 non-club (limited to 3 classes a week)
